The problem
A boutique clothing store in Ahmedabad was selling through a marketplace app. Every sale cost them 15% in commission plus listing fees. Their margins were already thin. They needed their own app but could not justify the typical 3-month timeline or the cost. The owner's exact words: 'I just need people to see my products, add to cart, and pay. Why does that take three months?'
What we built
Fair question. We built a clean product catalog with grid and list views. Added search and category filters because scrolling through 200 products without filters is punishment. The cart handles quantity updates and removes items without a full page reload. Checkout goes through Razorpay. An admin panel lets the owner add products, update prices, and track orders from a web browser. No app needed on the admin side.
Product Catalog
Grid view with images, prices, and quick-add button. Tap to see full product detail with multiple images and size options.
Search & Filters
Search by name, filter by category, sort by price or newest. Results update instantly without loading screens.
Cart & Checkout
Add items, update quantities, see total. Checkout collects address and processes payment through Razorpay in two taps.
Order Tracking
Order history with status updates. The admin changes status from the panel, the customer sees it in real-time.
Admin Panel
Web-based dashboard. Add products with images, manage inventory, view orders, update statuses. No technical knowledge needed.
Push Notifications
Order confirmation, shipping updates, and promotional messages. The admin sends promos from the panel with one click.
